上週家母騎機車直行與對向左轉車發生擦撞，
目測無外傷，急診照過X光和超音波確定沒骨折，
但回到家後大腿、腰部疼痛需使用助行器行走，
咳嗽時胸部腹部會疼痛，躺在床上甚至必須攀附
床架才能起身，請問這應該掛什麼西醫科別看診？
麻煩有相關經驗的網友給點意見，謝謝。
