請問發生這種事該如何處理 - 機車

昨天在板橋停紅燈的時候
後面一台汽車
疑似忘記踩煞車
直接撞到我的GT125(我在他正前面)
我的車牌和擋泥板直接被它撞到塞進後輪
車牌從 \ 變成 一
O <---後輪在下方
但說嚴重也不嚴重 因為用手搬出來
外表沒啥大礙 只有檔泥板左邊出現裂痕
以上大家會怎麼處裡 直接叫對方賠錢嗎?? 要賠多少呢
新手遇到這種事不太會處理...
