請問新車側殼被刮傷會要求對方賠償嗎？ - 機車

小弟的買菜車今年四月多才牽車
只有放假假日才會騎車出門買飯吃
就在禮拜五時候發現怎麼側殼會有這麼深的刮痕
加上刮痕很深且帶有一點咖啡色
讓我想到可能是車牌或是菜籃之類的東西
於是在家樓下停車處找啊找終於讓我找到那部機車
對方菜籃下緣確實有斷裂的貼絲與我車殼掉漆
我在上面留下紙條告知對方請他跟我聯繫
禮拜天對方打來告知他很抱歉然後願意賠償我更換車殼費用
只是對方是我媽很熟但我不熟只會點頭打招呼的阿伯
這樣換做是各位還會讓對方全額賠償嗎？還是各出一半
或是自己補漆筆弄一弄以維護鄰居感情呢？ 謝謝大家
