請問吃機油的幾個問題 - 機車

我的機車大約騎了5.5年，3萬多公里，近全原廠(傳動無改)，去年開始小吃機油，
目前估計每1000km會吃300cc，和去年比有增加的跡象，目前的做法是約每300km
自行補機油進去，有人說吃機油發生時會伴隨動力下降和噴煙，
我的機車目前都還好。
想請問一下
1.什麼樣的行為會增加吃機油的速度?
連續長途騎乘? 激烈駕駛?
2.如果是用比較"不黏"的機油，但有定期補，應該不會對機車不好?
(有看過一種說是改用比較黏的機油反而會增加油泥的累積)
3.因為現在會定期補機油，如果延後換整體機油的時間
(例如延到每1200~1500km才洩掉全部換新)會不好嗎?
4.想盡量往後延去處理的時程，大概每1000km吃多少機油時(ex500?)就一定得去處理?
