時隔一個月,終於把這個訓練台課程掯完了...
雖然自行車課表很多人都會開,這次我就先吃看看,其實一開始吃不太下
能力有限,覺得太硬
後來就慢慢習慣了,其實我覺得最硬的是 tempo功率2小時,簡直生不如死
我的結論是:邊騎訓練台邊看電視,減減肥還可以,能不能達到訓練效果,有待商確
本來找到自行車聖經作者喬瑞福的課表,但他的課表都有重訓...只好跳過
