行照電子化 102年上路 - 機車

（中央社記者曾盈瑜台北28日電）交通部長毛治國今天說，汽、機車行車執照電子化執行
時間，尊重立法院決議，訂在明年1月1日。
陳冲表示，大家確實覺得換發行照很麻煩、也是負擔；隨科技進步，已可彌補發行紙本行
照的種種原因，交通部樂於依立法院決議辦理。
中國國民黨籍立法委員盧秀燕下午在立法院質詢時表示，立法院曾通過決議，希望民國
102年廢除紙本汽、機車行照，卻發現今年預算書中還列有換行照的規費收入。
陳冲答詢時說，昨天已與行政院主計總處主計長討論過為什麼會有這筆預算？主計長也已
連繫交通部，確認行照電子化在明年1月1日上路可行。
毛治國表示，行照電子化是與時俱進的發展，交通部預定電子化汽、機車行照，將來不再
使用紙本；即使有臨檢，警察只要上網就可查到資料。
他說，交通部原本規劃102年7月1日上路，但應可提前到1月實施，將遵照立法院決議，行
照電子化執行時間訂在102年1月1日。
毛治國表示，機車車主約1500萬人，普通小客車主約600萬人；原本行照是2年換1次，機
車每次換照要新台幣150元，普通小客車250元，影響層面很廣。
簡評：希望政府說到做到，明年1/1就實施，這樣子，我二月就可以省下150元的換照費!
