抖抖的發問 /重訓跟mb版/車 都沒有看到較詳細的討論文章
google到的好像也是只有說有幫助 沒有特別討論
小弟目前還是健身>騎車
當然在腿部訓練上也想加入可以對騎乘有幫助的訓練
(踩踏方法也很重要 小弟正在努力學習及爬文中)
目前的疑問是除了深蹲、硬舉、股四頭、股二頭、小腿的訓練外
還有其他建議的動作嗎?
(核心是重訓基礎 所以這部分一直都有特別注意及訓練)
