腰(下背) 爬坡時會痠痛? - 單車

文章有看過 不過還是有幾個問題
在某文中有一篇文章提到背拱不拱的問題
有健身習慣 所以背都習慣打直
下背跟核心不敢說很強 但應該不會太弱
大約200KM里程的超嫩新手 172 車架G牌S
上坡後段會開始有緊繃的感覺
如果站起來 或是停下來休息一下會好
最近幾趟有試著調整往後坐一點
特別是用臀大肌發力更容易加速下背有感
有建議改善的方式嗎?

是利用深層或是輔助型的核心肌群在穩定動作,這些
無力時就會要求大肌群進行補償,下背也因此痠痛。
但是我要強調一點,這是隔空抓藥,沒看到你騎姿都
道。

不合你身體正常狀態下的設定
