因為我是用跑步+騎腳踏車的方式外加飲食控制整體下來感覺是整個SIZE的縮小...但是卻不覺得有"瘦"到可能是比例還是沒變吧Orz不過這樣子常用到雙腳這樣腿部肌肉不就會"超"發達比例變的更奇怪~"~大家以為先瘦再雕塑行的通嗎?現在只能運動玩按摩祈求雙腿不要太"發達"
