大家好,
小弟想請問版上所有高手,
針對比賽中第二小時之後的功率衰退要怎麼訓練比較好?
在10/14的UPRO西濱站,
小弟在折返後,
面對逆風越騎越沒力,
雖然有隊友輪車,
但是時間到了兩小時之後,
回血速度越來越慢,
剛開始頂風可以頂一兩分鐘休十分鐘,
到後面頂個三十秒退下來就幾乎快掛了,
根本不回血。
因此想請教版上高手要怎麼訓練才能增加長時間比賽時,
賽程末期的續航力,
甚至是增加回血速度,
好讓我可以幫助隊友頂風頂久一點。
PS.隊友去年環花東第一天五小時十幾分,均速36
我的西濱UPRO 接近三小時均速36就快掛了...
