今天過馬路 在十字路口
有輛車右轉時機很怪
閃過的當下 他仍然車頭前進
於是我聽到我車子後頭好像跟對方稍微摩擦
當下沒想太多 就繼續前進
後來想想我這樣會不會被告？
(肇事逃逸？)
我在自己的車上沒有發生擦痕
我猜可能是塑膠擋泥板或車牌擦掉
頭腦有些混亂
如果真的擦撞 被告
這部份要怎麼釐清肇事責任？
汽車右轉 機車一定要讓嗎？
