白開水與運動飲料的補給 - 自行車

小弟平常騎車以河濱為主大概都有一百公里的路程..怕自己血糖太低習慣都會去超商買寶礦力一次喝完除了自己攜帶的水運動飲料也會喝兩三瓶左右但我不是很有概念要喝多少這樣的補給對身體會不會有負擔呢?
