痠~~痛~~~~ - 單車

最近兩三個禮拜幾乎天天騎
不過都是短程大約30km左右
之前還好,痠痛大約隔天就好了
但換了11-28T之後就有點開始在硬幹
經常懶得變速就50x14T起步然後就直接踩到我的巡行速度這樣(大約35~40)
市區又很多紅綠燈(通勤),所以常起步又停停
我也覺得當練腳力也就沒太在意繼續硬幹
直到前天覺得好沒力又好痠
停機休到今天兩天了還是一樣沒力又痠痠
之前頂多一天,現在休兩天了還沒好
(上樓梯有點沒力+捶按股四頭肌會痠痛,不按的話是不太會)
是我過度了嗎Q_Q
還是只是單純新陳代謝下降而已?
板上各位大大都怎麼處理讓肌肉痠痛快速好呢
麻煩各位大大不吝賜教> <"

大家有便宜好用推薦的嗎
預算大約在1.5K左右
不想在這種多餘的設備花太多XD)
