這篇文章主要是想表達感謝之意與訓練成果
之前疫情期間因為沒法跑步,改用自行車訓練加強體能,剛開始什麼都不懂,板上很多鄉民給我很多建議,還有鄉民陪我去車店買裝備,非常謝謝你們
如今口罩解封,我又回到熟悉的田徑場
完全感受到體能因為疫情期間的訓練,有大幅度進步!
以下是簡單介紹一下這段時間的自行車訓練方式
就是一星期兩次,每次三小時的z2長距離,其他就跟zwift winter plan,會想練z2是因為我自己最缺乏的能力就是有氧耐力,套youtuber李4說的,有氧耐力如同大樓的基底,打得又深又廣,z3 z4中高強度有氧才能撐得久。
以下是昨天的訓練,全馬目標330的亞索800間歇訓練(3分30秒跑完800m,配速相當於4:22/km,組間休息3分30秒,跑10組)

以均速4:16/km輕鬆完成,最後一組的最後400m還自己加速到3:38/km
這在去年的我,第五組就不行了,會跪在地上喘
現在的我,走一走就恢復了,可見z2真的很重要
所以我將來的日子,每個假日都會安排21~26公里的長跑訓練繼續打底
