爬坡速度練習 - 單車

大家好 小弟目前開始練山路
四月份被朋友拐去風櫃嘴(最後全程牽上去QQ)
之後開始每周二夜騎 劍南路
之後有加碼上中社
現在已經可以劍中劍不落地 上禮拜去測了一次風櫃嘴
大概前面3.2k可以不落地 後面半牽半騎 感覺有明顯進步
今天跟朋友跑了一趟北47 約三叉小七等
看了南深路的坡度分析覺得比中社簡單...
就天真的過去了 沒想到先騎了15k到了南深 才發現沒我想像中的簡單...
後面的北47更是....只騎了4k就開始半牽半騎
不知道有甚麼訓練方式可以讓我爬坡速度快點跟更持久嗎嗎
目前劍中劍都是調到齒比最輕 時速5km龜上去...
