爬坡技巧請益 - 單車

目前車齡一年多,一個禮拜平日晚上大概會有兩到三天練中社
時間一直停滯在25分左右
體重近百,中社一路齒比用34-27騎都覺得有點在重踩了,迴轉數平均也才55-60之間
試過改用34-30拉高迴轉數,也才提升到65左右,時間反而多了花快1分鐘,而且更喘
網路上看人家建議爬坡至少70到75
不過中社退無可退盡力爬了都只能65,其他更難的路線更不可能了
想請教版上各位先進該如何提升爬坡技巧
1. 先練平路迴轉數穩定100up再去想爬坡的迴轉數?
只是要找一路沒紅綠燈可以練迴轉的地方還真難
2. 體重先降個20kg再去想拉高迴轉數?
3. 先找其他更軟一點的路線把腿力練強再回中社練?
4. 其他......?s
