本人16歲最近努力減肥歡迎分享^^(廣告閃啦!!看幾次了煩不煩!!)~~~早餐~~~500C.C開水泡牛奶喝(或低脂牛奶)全麥土司x2芭樂(頻果或大番茄)~~~午晚餐~~~500cc開水糙米飯(半碗)燙~煎>>雞胸肉或魚肉(皆去皮)燙~炒>>蔬菜(炒的過水)中華豆腐(上面加\"過熱水的鮪魚罐頭\",或皮蛋,或肉鬆)(淋些醬油)~~~嘴饞~
