沿路水份補給請教 - 單車

小弟想請教一下,關於路上補給的問題。

這是今天騎車的情況,然後以下是出發前加上沿路的補充的情況。
礦泉水600cc *1 沿路喝到70 km才把這瓶水喝完。
路上總共喝了兩瓶的卡打車,運動飲料。約有300~400cc先在出發前喝掉了。
然後出發前的早餐是兩個蛋,兩片土司,一片火腿,一根德國香腸。
沿路上還總共吃了三個飯團,一份能量飲料這樣。
不知道這樣補充對還不對耶?
有沒有什麼特別需要改善的地方呢?
