當然有,送驗也很簡單
找中油就可以

每測一個目標物就要千元

這是我們實驗車機油項目的測試內容物

不過比較重要而且要和國外文獻對照的也只有幾個重點
黏度、酸鹼價、汽缸(環)等組件成分、添加劑成分
不太會有「劣化」這個詞出現
頂多會說數值blabla變化
真正在做機油壓力測試時
一定是以遠遠超過更換週期的高壓力測試
假設實驗油設計1W公里換
壓力測試至少都是多一個0起跳
記錄10W後的變化

真的有興趣的話
打☆是主要可以測的項目
第一顆是機油潤滑本質上的健康程度
第二三四顆代表添加劑的狀況
如果過度酸化,或者鹼性下降的太多都不好
鎂一般來說是抗氧化劑的成分,初期都會上升,因為成分死掉後會分解成元素
鐵、鋁則是汽缸主要成分,如果量值很高...代表引擎磨損的速度有點高
: 我對所謂的機油裂化的定義是烴基被熱劣解 導致整體的黏滯力下降
: 機油的保護性應該是跟機油的黏性是相關的
: 機油裂化跟機油的保護性混在一起講大致上應該相同吧
機油其實只怕一樣東西
「從活塞環與汽缸壁之間鑽下來的爆炸後燃氣」
當這些燃氣與機油接觸後會使機油慢慢的酸化
接著氧化
因此機油內至少都會添加抗氧化劑以及鹼性物質
從上面的表各位都可以看到以大廠機油來看
每使用一萬公里後的機油黏度都不會降太多
甚至代表機油壽命的燃油稀釋程度每次都測不出來
而且平常引擎在運轉時的高溫對機油來說正是蘇湖的溫度
要使機油產生變化的溫度是要很高很高才會
如果車子上出現那溫度的話
機油不會是第一個慘叫的XD
雖說汽車保養里程是1萬公里
不過機車倒是不這樣建議
因為機油多少都會消耗掉
汽車一次4L到上限,少掉個1L也是在下限附近
機車才800cc ~ 1L
要玩壓力測試的話一定要在建議保養週期看一次機油量
外加因為量少,每滴機油被噴到汽缸壁附近與下漏燃氣接觸的機會也多
氧化的機會也跟著變多
壽命與汽車相比一定比較短的
不過在小機車使用上可以確定的是
『以大廠的全合成機油』來說
1000公里是小case
2000公里不會爆炸
3000公里關心他一下
4000公里再來考慮換油都還來得及
哪些叫大廠?
至少要讓人認得出來吧~
國際百大企業有上榜的都可以考慮
接受過國外壓力測試的文章也會比較多XD
