方便有效的補給食物食品 - 單車

騎車時常常會發現自己很容易疲倦, 甚至是想吐, 找了一下相關討論
都是說因為沒適時補給熱量導致的, 想請問各位車友有推薦的食物食品嗎?
目前有試過的有
1. 香蕉: 雖然效果很好, 但路況不好時, 常常會震到袋子裡髒髒的
或是天氣熱拿出來吃時, 爛爛的感覺很噁心
2. 77乳加巧克力: 方便有效, 但似乎沒營養價值, 只是單純的脂肪和熱量
3. 威德果凍: 方便有效, 但價格實在是太高了, 小小一包就要快40塊
4. 運動飲料: 方便, 但感覺只能解渴而已, 效果不大
車友們平常騎車, 都會帶哪些補給食物食品? 希望能多參考大家的選項
