因友人未有PTT帳號,故希望小弟代為轉達以下6點回覆

"本人是今天下午承修車輛的竹本技師
首先十分抱歉本人在貴賓二次回廠的口氣不好,本人會深刻檢討
技術上有不足的地方,本人也虛心受教。
本人想說明一下今日下午的現場狀況,做以下幾點聲明。
1:貴賓今日下午進廠時,已表明是原補胎位置(一週前至本廠補胎)漏氣,
本人第一動作先量測胎壓為30 PSI(原廠建議數據為40 PSI)
故判斷是否非如客述所言的補胎漏氣,如照客述補胎漏氣嚴重,
常理來說是不可能量測到任何胎壓(除非進廠前5分鐘內將胎壓打滿)
2:本人將胎壓調整至45PSI,以利後續檢測,並噴上泡沫水檢查,
發現舊有補胎處並未漏氣,續檢查輪胎兩側與輪框接縫處,
最後檢查氣嘴頭,發現氣嘴頭有微小氣泡產生,且氣嘴頭有明顯鬆動,
檢查後發現貴賓有在外廠安裝胎內式胎壓偵測器,
且靜待10分鐘後再次量測胎壓為43PSI,故判定為氣嘴頭漏氣,
才讓貴賓選擇,要在本廠維修,或到安裝偵測器店家做後續處理。
3:補胎的正常程序並沒有任何錯誤,包含去除異物、擴孔、補胎條安裝
,皆為正常工序。
4:報價600元的工資是將胎內式胎壓偵測器拆下檢查並重新安裝,
其中包含輪框拆卸及平衡處理,並非內補式補胎。
5:輪胎中釘與騎乘距離沒有任何關聯。
6:任何補胎方式都沒有人能保證後續不會有行駛上的風險,尤其是相同孔位做二次修補。
本廠非常重視貴賓安全,才會提議貴賓如有續漏狀況發生,需將輪胎換新,以確保貴賓行
車安全。
本人在本田重機從業僅3個月,外廠重車維修經歷僅5年,技術經驗及服務態度確實十分不
足,讓貴賓有不好的維修體驗,本人向貴賓、本店各主管及所有技師至上十二萬分歉意,
本人會深刻反省,以防相同事件再次發生,衷心期盼貴賓能不計前嫌,給本廠再次為您服
務的機會。"
