新手遇到落鏈無法解決 - 單車

小弟昨天跟人買了二手的lgs-rsr5
今天想說出去外面騎騎看
結果自己操作不當(切換太快)就落鏈了
本來不以為意想說把鏈條掛回去就好了
怎知鏈條卡住拉不起來
我google了一下落鏈處理的影片都沒找到跟我同情況的

鏈條被三個凸起小柱體擋住拉不起來
請問這樣要怎麼解決
另外我住林口周遭都是其他品牌的專營店
如果找其他品牌的專營店處理他們會幫忙嗎
