出力姿勢不對,連走路都傷膝蓋...
: 悠閒的騎腳踏車才能減到肥喔
減肥=燃脂, 但閣下有沒有聽過 interval training
: 每天騎2個小時 食量不變 之後再看體重變化決定
食量不變,又要輕鬆騎..那減肥效果跟拿牙籤戳恐龍差不多
總攝取熱量超過基代一些 加上稍微提升心跳率的騎乘方式30分鐘up
比較有建設性我覺得
: 不要騎到微喘 能夠用鼻子順利的換氣就好了
"微喘"是用來推算心跳數的一個粗略方式,心跳夠(即運動強度夠) 持續時間夠
燃燒脂肪的效率才會高
