新北汽機車近3百萬輛,橋梁多採汽機車分流,但機車道常發生事故。市警局統計,重新

交通局說,新北市境內橋梁多設有匝道,且尖峰時段車流量高,為避免車流動線嚴重交織
,有匝道橋梁原則上仍建議保留機車道。機車道寬度及分隔型式,可以就橋梁結構、車道
配置、交通安全及機車需求研議改善。
新北現有18座跨河橋,14座設機慢車道或機車專用道,不少機車族點名關渡大橋、中安大
橋、浮州橋等,認為設計有待改善,應檢討道路設計,取消汽機車分流。
市警局統計,重新橋上半年已發生140件機車事故,浮洲橋也有61件,大漢橋47件,事故
共有248件造成394人傷亡。不過汽機車混合車道的關渡大橋、新海橋及北山大橋,機車事
故分別為44、20及12件,事故共76件90人傷亡,機車道事故數竟比汽機車混合多3倍。
有機車騎士說,目前機車道路幅狹窄,多僅2.5米,最怕尖峰時刻出車禍,後面機車就開
始回堵;也有部分橋梁標示不明確,像是關渡大橋、浮洲橋引道動線複雜,騎士無所適從
。
「分流是對機車的歧視」新北李姓市民說,機車量大,卻擠在小小車道,一旦發生事故,
常會像保齡球般全倒,「大家都納稅,憑什麼要被限制?」
台灣交通安全協會理事吳祥瑀說,汽機車分流是違背物理常識和車速分流原則,機車只能
行駛風險更高的外側車道。機車族在平面道路要閃避公車停靠和匯入幹道的車輛,橋梁則
為了排水,兩側車道設計比中間車道低,機車被迫涉水騎行。
吳祥瑀認為,讓機車走內線快車道,能有效減少車禍數,比如連接新北市汐止、台北市南
港區的北山大橋,從2020年讓機車在假日走內線快車道,兩年來未有機車在快車道發生車
禍。
新北市議員參選人黃淑君也是機車族。她說浮洲橋下橋市區道路動線標誌、標線過多,用
路人常被混淆,且下橋處號誌分流放行,等待時間較久,上下班尖峰常有車輛回堵,盼能
拆除下橋機車道,簡化車流避免交織。
