收到了一張不清楚的超速罰單 - 機車

各位板友大家好，最近收到一張超速罰單，於101年5月25日拍攝，因為家裡不常有人在家
，
所以今天(101年7月23日)才收到通知，照片只有一張，看了一下，很黑只有左下角放大車
牌，但是還是不是很容易辨識，由於車主是家裡長輩的，沒有駕照，機車都是原PO在騎乘
，
但是原PO上班經常於宜蘭、台北兩地奔跑，實在是想不起101年5月25日當天的行蹤了，
在這想請教有無相關經驗的版友，這張超速違規舉發的照片有機會申訴成功嗎?
又因為車主不是我，所以提供我的行蹤紀錄有用嗎? 感謝答覆。
