戴全罩安全帽的飲水問題 - 機車

小弟戴的安全帽是68S，
每次遠征時，看到戴3/4罩的車友喝水喝的好順手，
我只能等長紅綠燈的時候，
匆匆忙忙的脫下後喝水，
此舉動有點危險，所以之後也比較少嚐試...
敢問各位大大，戴全罩時是如何補充水分，
若有神兵，煩請介紹。
