我身高178體重也快逼近身高了原本是吃不太胖的體質但因我早上上課完晚上還要上班所以回家時我爸爸總會煮麵給我吃我實在不想辜負他的好意總是慢慢的吃慢慢的吃晚上也有再做運動仰臥起坐60個抬腿分別做60下還有將腳垂直靠立牆壁大概10分鐘人家都說要30分鐘但我實在沒辦法==10分鐘腳就有點麻掉的�
