小弟經常都有騎腳踏車運動的習慣,一次大約40~80公里
因為我本身是屬於吃不胖體質的男生,身上的脂肪率非常低,
如果一段時間不運動就會明顯變瘦(和很多人相反)
我想問,如果我想要用騎腳踏車來讓自己的腿部有更多肌肉,
就是能看起來比較壯
我騎車的方式應該是高阻力低轉速,還是低阻力高轉速
煩請比較了解我的身體狀況的人回答
