因為我167公分,46公斤。每天吃宵夜馬上睡都沒有用,已經持續十幾年了。一天吃很多餐,美餐都失的飽飽,三餐都正常。但是很容易拉出來。我想配合運動加上高蛋白食物來增重請問一下:1.直接給我運動菜單。。。比方說每天多久跑幾圈,伏地挺身幾個,仰臥起坐或是怎樣做運動,作幾下?怎麼做�
