我想在2個月內瘦20公斤,但是我的方法是不是有用錯,因為瘦好慢唷~~早餐:一杯自己泡的200CC薏仁茶and饅頭+蛋(蛋不加任何調味料)or一顆菜包中餐:自助餐任選2樣菜(偶爾會過一下熱水)and吃完後會吃甲殼素及2杯自己泡的綠茶晚餐:完全不吃一天約喝2200cc白開水,不喝其他東西不喝冰的東西一星期約去游泳2��
