待轉的問題 - 機車

我今天想問有關二段式待轉的問題
首先經過多次的爬文
我對待轉的了解是有二段待轉標誌OR內側車道禁行機車
則必須待轉
若都沒有只有待轉格則不一定要待轉
-----不知我的這些認知是否正確??
若以上是正確的，那我想問:
假設我是經由待轉來到待轉格內
但我又要再左轉一次
這時我肯定是看不到這條路的內側是否畫有禁行機車
前方紅綠燈也並未掛有二段待轉標誌
那在我的視線裡確實是符合綠燈後可直接左轉的條件
如果這條路其實內側有畫禁行機車OR
我處在的待轉格後方紅綠燈上掛有待轉標誌
請問我這樣直接左轉是否算違規會開罰!?
