營養素很多種,我想知道如果平常有在運動,需要補充哪些營養素呢?我平常有騎單車的習慣,但目前都沒有騎很長程的,大概都是小折跑河濱來回折返共五小時多。之後有想要環島,所以會開始加緊訓練,做些長程的鍛鍊,想上來詢問有豐富單車經驗的各位,運動需要補充哪些營養素,然後如何預防肌
