想請問版上的各位神腿
假如小腿肌力不足的話
平時有什麼好訓練方法
最近跑步跟撐體都是小腿先崩掉...
爬坡時在12.~3.時騎陡坡時
小腿沒力 會不自覺的用到膝蓋出力(之前騎登山車因為這樣韌帶發炎
網路上找不太到什麼小腿的訓練方法
還是小腿要找跑者訓練的?
