時間：100.9.5(一)晚上10點30分左右
地點：台北劍南路下坡往外雙溪至善路方向
事件：一台福特escape休旅車 車號為ds9902 銀色或香檳色<因晚上視線不佳沒看清楚>，
撞上小白目車隊總召郁方後逃逸。郁方送到陽明醫院檢查後，雖然沒有大礙。
但臉龐因此受到損傷，是否有腦震盪仍待後續觀察。
請各位朋友將此訊息轉貼出去，如果發現肇事車輛(很有可能是住在大直附近)，
