這趟出去騎19小時多,沒穿車褲,我是在之前有買一件,可是買太小了,
不好穿,想說以後變瘦了就穿得下了,不要再重買,省錢,
SIZE不合的話就讓自己變瘦到那SIZE就會合身了,所以這趟沒穿車褲,
其實本來也就沒有穿車褲的習慣,買來第一穿的感覺覺得悶悶又卡卡的,不太喜歡,
至於我的車座墊根本像石頭一樣的那種,
如何在這種不利的條件下降低長時間騎乘臀部的壓迫感呢?
下面是我的一點心得,
第一點,最重要的是坐椅的高度不要調太高,適當甚至稍微一點偏低(一點點)即可,
太高的話壓迫感會增加,坐墊的角度也要調好.
第二點,還是逐步適應,這個沒有什麼好說的,就習慣成自然.
第三點,交替切換最大的臀部受壓點,不要一直維持同樣的騎乘角度,讓受壓點切換一下,
同一個受壓點最多以30分鐘為限,這個可能要累積一點經驗,才會明白秘訣.
第四點,當紅綠燈時,下車動一動,屁股扭動一下,幫助血液循環,
不要在紅綠燈時還是一樣用單腳支撐身體來等紅綠燈,正好可以利用那個時間放鬆一下.
第五點,褲子(內外褲)請選擇那種棉質穿起來很柔很平滑的那種,
切勿選擇什麼很粗類似卡其質料的褲子,有一次我穿那種類似卡其質料的褲子騎18小時後,
被摩擦到破皮流血.起疹子,差別很大很大.
