小弟弱弱分享一下自己怎麼練爬坡的
先提供生理數據 173cm 62-63kg
一開始剛開始騎車 就是基本入門款的短坡先騎
慢慢增加趟數 在追求時間上的進步
之後在開始找難一點 長一點的坡騎
慢慢增加趟數 在追求時間上的進步 loop
其實騎久了之後大概都會知道自己能力在那
在設定某一個特定的較有指標性的路段當作測試自己有無進步的考試
像我自己是設定台中的136
練個一陣子之後就全力衝一趟
回家看一下記錄在跟之前的作比較 分析一下大概就知道自己是不是有進步了
因為沒有功率計我都是看心跳在練 所以效率比較不好
但最基本有要求自己 一周盡量達到10小時的騎乘時間
我自己靠這模式騎了兩年多的車
今年西進武嶺比前年進步了快一個半小時
提供板友們參考
不過我覺得練車有功率計還是比較好的...有心練車還是快買吧xdddd雖然我也還沒買
