初次發文
男友最近要賣舊車，換新車（二手)，他已經談妥過戶時間等等，不過今天網路查到，現在好像有重機用的定型化契約，以免買到事故車，他是說現場有試騎，也有看細部零件，應該OK，我可能比較龜毛吧怕怕的，況且他要買的YAMAHA TMAX之前常看到他在找什麼第三缸（不是雙缸的嗎？）問題，立約不是比較保險。。。，另一方面賣車時假使對方也要求簽，網路上有人說搞不好有心人士可以動手腳桶康？
