我早晚各100下仰臥扶地晚上再加上騎腳踏車30分鐘飲食方面早餐正常午餐多一點晚餐少量騎完車喝杯無糖高纖豆漿這樣的運動飲食對嗎???打算一個星期三天剛開始一兩天了我想讓身材更精壯一點...現在是壯但維維胖型的請給我意見喔^^"
