時間: 不定期沒下雨的平日晚上八點至九點出發
近來是騎二休一
地點: 汐止 - 圓山
車種: 不拘
騎乘強度: 時速20-30
集合地點: 河濱單車道的五分吊橋遺址那
路線說明: 五分吊橋 - 圓山 - 五分吊橋
聯絡方式: 每晚七點前在FB發文約騎 意者回文 (FB請Q我)
預計花費時間: 1-2小時 (但其實我不排斥找地方坐下來吹個風耶
尤其大直橋夜景好漂亮)
膝蓋受傷半年後的復健騎 半年完全沒運動 體力也根本不行
目前還沒辦法爬坡 所以從河濱的平路開始練起
