最近抓改管的思維一開始就扭曲了,訂一個分貝數規定超過的一律不合法這根本與現實狀
況不符,1000CC跟125CC你要求它們要同一個分貝數?這樣子1000CC是不是都不用賣了?
如果按車訂標準,假設1000CC訂120分貝 125訂80分貝,那1000CC半夜到你家門口拉轉120
分貝算合法然後125改管85分貝騎過去算違法?
再換一個極端的思維,高速公路限速110,所以我們也訂個車子不管幾CC最高速度只能開
到110其他的都不合法,然後車子全部都要閹割成最高時速110。有沒有覺得很可笑?
個人覺得理想的開罰是要針對駕駛的行為,今天你半夜騎車進住宅區等,你就安靜低轉速
慢慢騎,郊區跑山等再放開來騎,而不是訂一個分貝,因為車子的聲音並不是固定,不
同轉速音量是不一樣的.....
