[問題]上坡困難的人改善方法 - 公路車

大家好
小妹騎公路車騎了一個月了
上坡還是我的罩門
平時每天早上可用每公里5分半不困難跑完10km 心跳數越160-170
假日用每公里會跑20km以上(有要參加半馬)
但每次練爬坡都累翻了,且心跳才150-160
想問大家該從哪裡改練起
我是騎giant avail2 身高約169 體重58(暫時不換車,我也努力減肥減輕體重中)
平路:大盤+中等齒輪/轉速80/最大時速30左右/心跳120
3%:大盤+最輕齒輪/轉速80/心跳120
5%:小盤+中等齒輪/轉速60-70/心跳130
10%(台中松鼠坡):小盤+最輕齒輪/轉速50-60/心跳150
15%(台中華南路):小盤+最輕齒輪/轉速40-50/心跳150-160
現在發現只要波度》10%有腳騎不太動的狀況,心跳還是在160不動
是否表示腳肌力不夠?
若不去健身房要如何改善?
我想到為下者
1.深蹲:目前一天大概50下
2.棒式:目前一天30秒3次
3.電腦人練腹肌:LV 1 大概2天一次
往手嶋純太邁進,但不知道改善方法與方向在哪
