各種爆掉的方式和解決方法? - 單車

各位推力比破六武嶺三小時的大大好,身為假日車手的小弟常常有爆掉的狀況,可是每次的感覺不太一樣,想請教一下
1. 爆心跳:腳不會沒力,心跳很快,調呼吸降不下來,停下來休息重新起步,很快又會爆
2. 爆腳:腳痠踩不動,還不會抽筋。只有一次一直騎一直騎有到抽筋。
3. 肚子餓:一出力就有餓的感覺

大概就肚子餓好解吧,爆腳走走停停也還好,爆心跳身體很不舒服。大概5-60公里會開始出毛病是練太少我知道XD
