Hi, 各位車友好
我算是有氧運動愛好者
慢跑、游泳、自行車都有點興趣
除了游泳沒有受過運動傷害(可能是游泳距離太短@@)之外,
其他兩項都有受點傷;
慢跑: 因為跑大學操場四十幾圈(半馬)都同方向,跑完膝蓋外側有一點點痛。
(應該是 IT band?)
解法是: 20幾圈 CCW + 20幾圈 CW,這樣就沒啥受傷的感覺。
我的速度不快,這至少要花我120min.
之後有一年多沒跑了,換騎公路車。
公路車: 去年第一次成功登上宇老,完全沒有疼痛。
同年 10 月,第二次挑戰宇老大滿貫,宇老這部分想要 non stop,
但在上宇老之前,左膝痛了,只好休息 4 次上宇老;
山頂休息後,發現兩隻腳的膝蓋都爆了 @@
還是騎完剩下的一百多公里(包含回家的路)。
回到家後發現雙膝蓋腫得跟大象一樣 QQ
休息 2, 3 個月才感覺康復.
今年六月復出,騎 1 小時右膝前側/外側就痛了(痛點應該是一個) ..
後來,看到版友說坐墊調低 1-2cm 後,他怎麼騎都不痛;
我照做之後騎了兩次,怎麼騎怎麼痛 ..
看 01 的文,有人整理坐墊前後、上下調整與膝蓋各部位疼痛關係表;
我將坐墊往上、後方調整,是有好一點,但仍舊會痛:
都是右腳膝蓋,有時是前面痛、有時是外側痛;
左腳則是幾乎沒有疼痛感,任意的狂踩、猛踩都沒啥問題。
最近跟朋友騎 40~50k 都是三十分鐘/一小時 就開始微痛了 ><
聽說去看醫生,常會得到少騎的回覆,請問各位大大我該怎辦?
是不是該照照 X 光了?
(但我去年年底有做過 CT, 今年做胸腔 X 光,不知還能不能再照 X 光 @@)

補充一下,我今年 4 月份開始有陸續做腿部運動,
偶爾短距離衝刺 &
硬舉(重量從空槓加道比自身體重多 5 公斤,超過五十下)
感覺都很 OK ><
