定圓、繞8是在訓練對這車的熟悉度
還有技術發揮時的穩定度，至少有基礎
這就好像運動員練專項也一定要重訓一樣
但山路的狀況多變，建議開始安全第一
即使賽道練起來了
也是幫助你跑山更順更安全而不是更拼命
