在下孤陋寡聞，今天等紅燈放空時，
突然瞄到阿伯施展高雄式左轉之際時，
發現到阿伯左手握住手把，車子依舊是速度沒減慢的跡象，轉頭仔細看發現阿伯右手是沒有的(獨臂)，才注意到原來是油門改裝到左手。
請問，這樣有算是非法改裝嗎？
或許這問題很無聊，但是還是想上來一問。
