北部初、中階爬坡路線請益! - 單車

各位車友大家好!
原PO我是假日車手，每年只有春、秋2個季節的假日會騎單車! (2010 FUJI Roubaix 1.0)
因為家裡住山上(石碇)，所以平常大多都在自家附近騎車!
最近幾個禮拜，騎了以下路線：
1.石碇=>深坑=>木柵=>新店=>北宜=>石碇
2.石碇=>平溪=>十分=>五分山 (原路折返)
3.石碇=>106乙=>坪林=>北宜=>石碇
4.石碇=>平溪=>十分=>雙溪=>貢寮=>福隆車站(原路折返)
其實買單車至今，除了和同事騎過一次烏來以外，其他時間我都一個人騎車!
騎車的路線，不外乎上面這幾條線! 總里程大約落在50~100KM，總爬升大約800~1500公尺!
這個月打算換換路線、換換風景~
不知到北部還有哪些路線比較推薦呢? (4輪載2輪)
需求：補給容易、路況好、砂石車、飆車族少！
陽明山、士林、北投那一帶是傷心地..所以暫不考慮! XD
目前想的到的路線有：
1.羅馬公路
2.慈湖 => 巴陵(或四陵)
3.熊空
不知道這3條路線對現在的我來講會不會太硬!? 畢竟爬緩坡爬習慣了! 囧rz
