這個狀況應該很多人遇過....
前方是直行綠燈 沒有右綠
昨天我(B)直直騎過去待轉區
有一台轎車(A)要從對向右轉 因為速度蠻快的差點撞到
想請問這樣如果撞上會判誰錯啊???
目前沒有汽車駕照 不過看了很多汽車都這樣轉 所以好像是合法的= =
