小弟於一年前開始健身,從胸肌、手臂、腹部都有,練了一年下來是有些型了,但始終覺得還不夠,所以想要請各位前輩看看小弟哪邊出了問題。目前是身高173.5公分左右,體重67.5公斤左右,於一個月前開始練完飲用高蛋白,牌子是安麗的紐崔萊。目前每天伏地挺身100下至150下,姿式為腳放於一般椅子�
