停車位都被報廢車給占了,怎麼辦? - 機車

小弟住家附近有很多機車行,都開在7-11附近,
平常要去買個飲料想停在7-11旁邊的機車停車格,卻發現都被機車行的報廢車給占住
一格也不給一般人使用,只能騎得更遠一點用走的.
而且一看就是報廢車,車上還插了車行的旗子,
拍照跟警察檢舉,警察卻回信查無不法,謝謝指教,
請問版上的各位該怎麼辦才能讓這些霸占停車格的機車行守規矩呢?
