這篇來講講有關於死腔對於呼吸效率的影響
首先呢!先來介紹幾個名詞~
1.潮氣容積(tidal volume,TV)
指單一呼吸週期時,所吸入或呼出的氣體量
死腔(dead space,DS)
2.解剖死腔:指呼吸道中不做氣體交換的地方,約150cc
3.肺泡死腔:除非發生肺氣腫、肺炎才會出現
4.生理死腔:解剖死腔+肺泡死腔
我們來計算一下在不同的呼吸量下,因為個人死腔容積所造成的呼吸效率下降
可以反映在運動中,急速喘氣是否就得到更多氧氣呢!?

由於呼吸的死腔容積不會改變,而在每次的呼吸週期中就會損失一次死腔的容積
我們看到A在一分鐘內作40次的呼吸,每次呼吸的TV是150cc,總共吸入的量有6000cc,
但每次吸入時,死腔佔去了150cc的氣體交換,最後得到0cc的氣體交換。
由A的例子說明,對照B與C的例子,就可以很明顯的看出,假設呼吸頻率和TV成反比
,在相同的死腔容積下,將呼吸頻率降低,以及加深每次呼吸的深度,可以得到更有效
率的氣體交換。
當然,如果你可以呼吸的快又深就另當別論了,以上數據純屬計算方便設計,不代
表實際個體或個體間差異之數值,但不能否認的,死腔容積及降低換氣效率的確存在。
如果每次爬坡氣喘呼呼,不妨試試看加深自己的呼吸,不過要記得,休息是為了走
更長遠的路,不要硬撐喔!
